Export Photo Metadata to a CSV Report
Get a spreadsheet of every photo β filename, dimensions, size and all EXIF fields.
Need an inventory of a folder of photos? This tool reads every file and builds a spreadsheet-ready CSV β one row per photo, with columns for the filename, width, height, file size and each EXIF field (date taken, camera, lens, GPS and more).
Add your photos to see the table on screen, then download the CSV to open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. It runs entirely in your browser, so even a big shoot is catalogued in seconds without uploading anything. Add it as a step in a workflow and the report is dropped into the final ZIP alongside your processed photos.
Frequently asked questions
What columns does the report include?
Filename, pixel width and height, file size, and the photo's EXIF fields β date taken, camera make/model, lens, exposure settings and GPS, each in its own column. Choose 'All metadata fields' to include every tag found.
Can I open the CSV in Excel?
Yes. The file is a standard UTF-8 CSV (with a BOM so Excel reads accents correctly) that opens in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets.
Does it change my photos?
No. The report tool only reads your photos to catalogue them β the files are never altered, and in a workflow they pass through to the next step untouched.
